This package includes EVERYTHING you’d expect for your wedding reception, including all equipment, logistics, activities, and more. Your wedding reception is covered from beginning to end.

There is much more involved and at stake. The dancing is only a portion of the entire wedding. Having the right DJ who knows all of these aspects and how to coordinate them all is what separates professionals, truly experienced in weddings vs. those who only focus on the dancing. Part of our service is to help you balance all of these activities to get the most out of every part of your wedding experience without you feeling the pressure of time or missing anything important. This includes coordinating with your other vendors.

Wedding DJ Package Includes:
- Activity, music, timeline, and flow consultation, organization, and management (of the entire wedding)
- Ceremony song cueing & communication with officiant, and venue mgr. or wedding planner
- Communicating with photographer on all activities, and transitions before they happen
- Checking in with catering before food is served, to make sure it coincides with golden hour photos
- Coaching guests who will be giving a toast on your behalf on where to stand, how to hold the mic, etc.
- Adjusting items, activities, times, if needed, then making sure all vendors (and you) are informed.
- Making announcements loud & clear to inform guests of upcoming activities (with a friendly voice)
- Get a read of the room energy (guests, vibe, etc) to adjust as needed to ensure a good wedding experience
- Always have a smile, and positive attitude, no matter the situation, even if things need immediate action/change
- Be approachable to your guests, should they need or want something (especially song requests)
- Making your 1st dances special, while also making every transition from activity to activity feel natural and comfortable
